CMPROficiency 2011 welcomes guest speaker Sheri Robinson from the Institute of Configuration Management (ICM).

Sheri joined ICM in 2008 and has over 25 years of experience in processes, operations and management. She gained her CM experience working Department of Defense acquisition programs, industry IT, software and manufacturing. Sheri has a BS in aeronautics and an A.S. degree in Instruction of Military Science and another in Airway Science. Sheri is a USAF Master Instructor and a Florida State Occupational Instructor. She achieved CMII certification in 2005.

Sheri will provide a one-hour session that will introduce CMII and identify the root causes of corrective action and quantify the ratio of resources spent on intervention.
