CMPRO System Requirements

The implementation of CMPRO varies depending on the level of support your organization needs. The Professional System Associates experts can do as little as help you set up your server and convert data and as much as customize CMPRO to fit your unique business processes and hosting your database.

CMPRO is:

• A commercial off the shelf (COTS) software solution with an architecture that allows for rapid customization around its core CMPRO “engine” to meet the needs of each client’s unique business process environment (with all CMPRO customization handled exclusively by PSA).
  
  
• User friendly which encourages organizational support that is critical in implementing a new product lifecycle solution. Extensive on-line help and interactive tutorials are provided to aid with ease-of-use. A consistent Graphical User Interface (GUI) provides the users with a core set of capabilities and icons on almost every screen."

A CMPRO solution requires the following:

• An Oracle Database Server* (Standard or Enterprise editions depending on your organization’s needs; consult with Oracle for additional details).  Version 10g or higher.
• An Adobe ColdFusion Enterprise Edition* server.  Version 9 or higher.
• A web server (Apache or IIS).
• One or more Secure FTP file servers for electronic files associated with CMPRO.
• A solid network infrastructure appropriate to the scope of your CMPRO solution.
• A web browser (for the client); no plug-ins required (zero client footprint).

* This software must be purchased and maintained independent of CMPRO.
