How to Use CMPRO for PLM (Part 11) – Configuration Status Accounting (CSA)
Using CMPRO for Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) encompasses change management from end-to-end. There are two distinct approaches to change management in CMPRO:
- The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) approach as defined by the Institute of Configuration Management (ICM).
- The Department of Defense (DoD) Change Management (DCM) approach as utilized by many U.S. military programs (this process was previously formalized as MIL-STD-973).
